Products & Custom Orders

All press-on nail sets are handmade and customized. As a result:

·       * Slight variations in color, shape, and design may occur.

·       * Custom orders are created based on the details provided by the customer. Please ensure all sizing and design selections are accurate before confirming your order.

 * We are not responsible for incorrect sizing submitted by the customer.

Order Processing

·        Processing time typically ranges from 3–5 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.

·        This does not include shipping time.

·        During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping

·        Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

·        We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

·        Lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible either of delays that the carrier may incur due to weather conditions or lack of access to the address, among other reasons. However we will try to assist you by contacting the carrier to get an update for you. 

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed.

Gift Cards

·        Gift cards are delivered electronically via email.

·        They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

·        Gift cards expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All pictures, branding, and content on this website are the property of Goddess Hands and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Goddess Hands is not responsible for any allergic reactions, misuse, or improper application of products. Customers are responsible for following proper application and removal instructions.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
