Due to the handmade nature and sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof so we can assist you.

If the package is returned due to an error in the address provided, an additional shipping fee will apply to resend it. Refunds are not eligible for orders with incorrect addresses, as this is beyond our control.

We are not responsible if you ordered incorrect nail sizes, so please double-check your order.
